Phone and in person. Went well. Thoughtful questions. I was worried I would need to know a lot about wine, but I didn't. It was mostly questions about my personality I think.

I was interviewed by a recruiting company hired on by Monestquieu. The interview itself was very casual and comfortable. I mainly talked about myself and what I want and where I see myself. I got to be myself and that's the best part.
