Initially a CV and question form. Once you pass that then there's a take home task that takes a couple of hours to complete. Passing that there are two 45 min interviews done remotely. The first is a values based interview about yourself the interviewer was lovely. The second I was told was regarding the answers to my take home task, well it wasn't. It was more scenario based questions which threw me off as I'd prepared on the take home task.

Two interviews.
First is about you, your ways of working, why you applied, how you get on in a team and all that good stuff.
The second interview is more role specific and you're asked to give examples of working on challenging cases. A scenario is read out to you and you're asked what actions would you take.
It was actually a really good interview, esp with Angus. He actually listens to your questions and answered my questions honestly ( I asked about how Monzo supports it's bame colleagues and the recent redundancies) I was quite nervous initially as I read a review on Glassdoor about the toxic culture and favouritism and raised this in my interview and it was answered very honestly and professionally.
A week later I was offered the role and I recently accepted and I'm really looking forward to the job.
P.s there is a blog which I found really insightful and it appears to be written candidly rebel Brenda or Brenda rebel, something like that.. that'll give you a ton of information :)
