Good communications at the start. Phone interview and then called in for face to face. HR is first, asked questions that are on Glass Door, wasn't aware of the site. Next analyst, told the truth about the atmosphere. Some interviews were worthless as only half an hour long, vs 1 1/2 at S&P, and the senior honcho didn't even read the resume, so his questions were insulting. They tell you about the hours spent in committee but spend half an hour with a candidate? Apply if you are unemployed or about to be is my advice.

I was recently interviewed for a senior position and found the recruitment process underwhelming. The entire experience felt impersonal and poorly aligned with the level of the role. The HR representative appeared very junior, and there was no meaningful feedback provided at any stage. Combined with the heavy reliance on AI-driven interactions, the process came across as cheap and lacking the professionalism one would expect for a senior hire.

I spoke with recruiter and hiring manager and other business leaders that i would also be supporting. The recruiter was helpful going through the process. It took about two weeks.

Entretien
It was long and tedious. I had a total of 13 interviews with people ranging in title from Analyst to MD. Interviews were mostly geared toward understanding my past experience and skill set. They also asked question on what actions I would take on the role to achieve the objectives. Overall, everyone was friendly, but I found having that many interviews to be unnecessary and somewhat inefficient process.
