Good interpersonal round. Asked some basic technical questions on the technologies worked.
The panelists make you feel comfortable and the process is mainly scenario based.
They set expectations on the job profile almost immediately. The interview began on time and the technical round doesnt go beyond than 45 minutes to 1 hour maximum.

Poor communication throughout the interview process. My interview was scheduled on 9th June, and I felt it went well. However, after the interview, I didn’t receive any update for several weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact HR through calls, I received no response. Finally, after following up via text message with one of the HR representatives on 3rd July, I was informed that I had not been shortlisted. Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve timely communication and closure instead of having to repeatedly follow up for an update.

It has 5 rounds of intervew, all are technical. First two rounds are coding based, very easy problem they just want to check code completeness. Third round focused on hiring manager and compensation. Fourth and fifth are for system design. After all the rounds and compensation negotiation, even agreed to their low budget, I got an rejection mail. When I asked for the reason, they don't have it and said illogical nonsense.
