I applied through Moody's career website and then HR called me two days after that. I had a phone conversation with HR for 10 minutes and she sent me the detail in the on site interview on the same day.
On the on site interview, I had to meet with six people. They were all kind and were straight forward.

The time between resume submission, phone screen and receive the phone interview is about 1 week.

Contacted by a recruiter and interview were arranged quickly. Only two rounds. First round with hiring manager mainly discuss my background. Second round with a group of team members with a few technical questions related to my background and general C++ and financial math questions.

Phone call with Senior Financial Engineer. No small talk, straight to technical questions on probability, C++, Monte Carlo and Derivative Pricing. Be prepared to back what you put on you resume, and if you can't they will tell you ! I was not prepared and that showed.
