Mixed interview experience. After an initial call with the recruiter, I was invited to an on-site interview with several other candidates. We were placed in the same room and waited for everyone to arrive. Then the team lead and group manager briefly introduced themselves, though it felt like the group manager was not very engaged and left shortly afterward.
We were given two design questions with a short break in between. During this time the interviewers left us alone in the room and appeared to be occupied with other work, which gave the impression that the interview day was not a priority.
Overall the process felt a bit impersonal and somewhat disrespectful of candidates’ time.

Entretien
The process was quick. It included phone interview, a meeting with other 10 candidates which the team leader described the home task, along with details about the company and himself. After the home test, there was an 1-on-1 interview with the team leader, which he asked questions about Java and gave a continuous home task, based on the first home task.
The first home task was timed by 24 hours, it took for me around 8 hours to complete.
The second home task was timed by 3 hours, and it was based on the last home task, including adding a feature to the app.
