Found the job opportunity through a recruiter. Went in for an in-person interview right away. Interviewer was the VP for the North American Division. Asked basic questions using my resume as a reference. Wanted to know what my plans were if I got hired (they were looking for someone that would be committed to stay with the role for a long time). Overall it was a very enjoyable interview, not too much formality. I would recommend working for this company if ever you get the opportunity.
