Interview was for project manager but the interviewer asked more questions of finance. I gave all answers related to PM and scrum which was related to Job discription. Not a good experience

Process included 3 rounds with a case study. All rounds were in person. First round was with hiring manager. Second was with close partners. Third was with leads on the team.

Initial HR screening followed by an interview with the director. Follow ups would be with other team members. Did not proceed after the second interview and didn't receive any feedback after the rejection.

The interview round includes HR, then the hiring manager (Head of Project Management Department), and then Program Manager. Each will assess different aspects of my experience and skills relevant to the role.
