I applied online basic application process had to fill in details and previous experience nothing that really interested me about that. I was then offered and interview over the phone and I accepted and was told to bring ID. I attended the interview and they ask the usual why do you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the future. The whole interview process was short and simple looking back they are very poker faced and I honestly believe anyone experience or no experience has a chance.

Handed in a CV instore. Got a phone call 2 weeks later to come in for an interview. Arrived at the interview and was given an application form and a personality form to fill out with questions like 'Are you a perfectionist?' and 'Do you love helping customers'. Think carefully about each one as you are asked for examples by the interviewer later on. General questions about my ability and what my current life situation is (e.g. Student).
