Entretien
Met with an on campus recruiter who selected me for a second round of interviews. The second round took place about a month after the initial interview. The company flew about 35 of us to Minneapolis and from what I heard they did the same for three other groups the following weeks. There it was a 2 day process, the first being informational meetings, Q/A sessions, and meet and greets. The second day was a half day of interviews. 3 interviews that took a little less than an hour each, all with different operating groups.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Tell me a time you struggled during a project and had to overcome it.
The interview was one on one with a project manager. They explained the role that I was applying for, then I talked through my resume and how it was applicable to the position.
Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
