J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mortenson
Entretien
Screening and then an interview with the hiring managers, they were nice! Relatively fine, although the recruiter never reached out to me via email, always through call and text which would be inconvenient at times. Straightforward interviews.
One thing I did not like during the process however was how ambiguous they were about WFH policy. They said it had hybrid opportunity to work. When I pressed more about the WFH policy, it basically seemed that WFH did not take place until a few months after your employment, and that you would still have to be in-office majority of the week once you hit that milestone. I eventually was able to press them enough for them to basically state that this is basically an in-office position ultimately and they think in-office environments are the best way of collaboration, as the hiring managers were remote and at home during the interview.
Be more clear about hybrid opportunities, because I felt misled from these discussions.
