During the interview I was able to meet several people from different departments. There is an initial phone screening, a take home assignment (1h) and a technical interview. There is a second stage where I got to meet other employees where soft skills and generic thought process was assessed.

4 stages: 1 hour technical interview (questions on Java, SQL, Unix) 2 hours pair programming exercise (parse user input and convert to a different format) 30 mins call with COO (mostly behavioural questions, chance to ask questions yourself) 30 mins call with engineering lead (discussion about how the team works, etc.)
