Entretien
The first was a phone call just going over the basics of the position and if I was interested in moving forward with a second interview. This was a Zoom call with several managers whose main focus was how I could help with productivity. The third interview was an in person tour of the warehouse were I got to meet my potential peers

The interview process for operations manager was straightforward - an intro call, one on-site interview, a quick aptitude test. This was prior to the Lyft acquisition so I'm sure it's different now.

General warehouse/operations/people management questions, including decision making strategy, software aptitude and people skills. They asked if I'd be comfortable firing people, which was not a good sign, but I understand why they asked...
The recruiter reached out to me to set up a screening call. We spoke on the phone, and they said they were moving me onto next steps. Many days later I got an email saying they forwarded my contact to their colleague. I've followed up multiple times, at multiple stages, only to be ghosted.
