I had to go through the multiple interviews for this position well first two steps of the interview went very well. I was very happy for the selection in those steps but in the last interview i wasn't given a feedback i was ghosted for a couple of days after that i received a rejection email, which is totally okay for me but being ghosted wasn't supposed to come from such a professional company like motive. During initial intervie call i've had very good experience that is very appreciated. Though it could have been more helpful for me if they let me know after the final interview rather than being ghosted what skills and things i lack so i can improve. Job Market is always very competetive and everyone loves to know what they can improve.
