I've applied online and been contacted by HR a few weeks later. I had a first phone screening where they asked about techs I know, I've used and with which I'm familiar. I reported my current salary and expected one. I was then invited to an on-site interview, firstly with HR then with the technical Engineering team. With the HR I went over the same questions of the phone screening and once more with the Engineering team. I've reported once more current and expected salary. I've been asked many questions, even really detailed, about frontend. From methodologies to data flow and CSS specific props. I've been reached once more to finalize the process but I stopped as the HR told me the expected salary would've been at most half of my current one ( and half of the expected as well). Overall nice experience, nice growing expectation, but below the average salaries.
