An informal lunch meeting was set up, at which I was interviewed by members of the design team: an IC designer, a systems engineer, etc. A few days later, had a follow-up conference call style phone interview with other team members from a remote location. After initial positive feedback, submitted formal application for the position through company's online system. However, never received any official closure (email or phone call from HR or hiring manager) about the job application.
