J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Motorola Solutions (Boston, MA) en nov. 2024
Entretien
The interview began with a series of standard behavioral questions designed to assess interpersonal skills and past experiences. Following this, the interviewer presented several technical questions in the style of LeetCode challenges. Some of these questions were conceptual in nature, requiring a solid understanding of underlying principles, while one question was expected to be coded on the spot. The technical problems varied in difficulty, ranging from easy to medium levels on the LeetCode scale, providing a comprehensive evaluation of both problem-solving skills and coding proficiency.
The selective process consists of 2 stages, the first one is a phone screening with a member of HR and the second is an interview with some managers, which you will talk about your experiences.
