I completed an online application followed by an aptitude test (also online). I was then invited to an interview , where I was mostly asked to elaborate on my past experiences and what I had learnt from them, as well as answer some basic questions about my understanding of the work I was applying for. I found the whole process surprisingly pleasant, and the two people interviewing me were very kind and helpful in any questions I had towards the end.

How do you make sure you can manage your workload and juggle the different activities you're involved in, and how would you translate that into managing your tasks at work?
fairly simple, psychometric assessment then basic questions about you and why you are a good fit then interview which was split into a general ‘normal’ interview questions and then a technical questions part which varies depending on what discipline you are applying for.

Friendly, the interviewer took the time to get to know me, understand if I needed any additional adjustment. When I opted in for for this the interview accommodated to my requirements.
It starts off with writing about your experiences. They look for ambition and passion in the projects you undertake.
Afterwards, a 1 hour+ interview with two seniors from your prospective team and then an offer.
