I received a scheduled call from a member of the recruitment team. It wasn't difficult. Basic questions regarding academic and professional experiences, salary, travel restrictions. A few days later I received an email confirming I did not make the cut.

How your experiences make you suitable for the role
Standard competency and technical interview. It was all done online and the process was very smooth.
Very friendly staff and good interview. Make sure to understand the key engineering principles.
Long winded. Lots of faffing about company policy and made us write a significant amount about why we liked them. Lots of effort compared to everyone else and not much for it

It was very engaging and speedy. Interviewer made me feel welcomed. I would recommend any aspiring graduate out there to apply. Mott MacDonald is great place to start your career.
