A short video interview, speaking casually with a senior member of team. Asked to provide a description of my experience and what I was seeking at Mott Macdonald. We also had a very open discussion about benefit packages and locations.

Very well organised by their HR department. The two consultants I had my interview with were friendly and easy to speak to. The interview wasn't too regimented but they were able to have a good conversation as well as asking the important questions.
