Quick and good and easy interview. They are very friendly and seem to really want to help people get their feet wet in terms of tech and engineering. Still waiting to hear back from them

After applying for this position I heard back from the recruiter and had a 30 minute phone interview. Afterwards you are given a take home coding assignment using Java and Sqlite which is talked about in your next interview with a senior developer where there are more technical questions that are asked. If both of you decide the company is a good fit then you have the final interview with the CEO of the company which is pretty cool. Everyone is very nice and responsive in the process and it was a more structured and thought out process than other companies I applied to.
