You apply online, they called me pretty promptly, and then you get scheduled into orientation, takes about and hour or two, then they put you in training the next day, then you train for about two days, then you get put on the floor.

The entire interview was online, in the form of a survey that you took that was fairly basic. Most of the survey seemed to gauge personality, with a short free form section at the end to test understanding and writing ability (although writing ability did not enter into carrying out the job).
