2 rounds, 1 behavioural and 1 technical. 1st interview was with HR, had simple behavioural questions, 2nd round was with software engineer lead and another co-op student, had 2-3 questions.

The initial interview call lasted around 45 min with a long-winded recruiter, he went into granular detail about the company and it seems like an awesome place to work. Then was moved to a first-round screen where you did a pairing challenge. The interview itself was a good experience but I haven't received any feedback in a month. Obviously it wasn't a fit but at least have the decency to follow up with the candidates you schedule who are taking time out of their day to provide them feedback. I had reached out several times just to get some closure and no one has ever responded. That being said I wouldn't recommend this place based on the fact that you can't even get a simple yes or no email back from the team.
