Quite practical interview process: 1. HR interview to understand and find out if both sides match. 2. Technical Assignment which is quite similar to what is required on the job. 3. Call with CTO to understand better and also high level design questions. This is a remote job so they also check if you can work remotely and also overlap some hours with the team.

I had three rounds in the interview Step 1. Got a Django based assignment. Solved and submitted that in 2 to 3 days. Step 2. Once the assignment was reviewed, cleared that round and had a call with Head of HR/Operations Step 3. Next had a call with CTO a week after the call with HR. Received offer!
