It was very pleasant and role oriented interview. I would recommend everyone to try, very professional, easy, 30 minutes long each interview, you get response very soon, you can learn a lot.

The recruitment process at Mozio was straightforward and not overly complicated. The questions during the interview were clear and relevant to the role, which made the conversation flow naturally.
It did take a bit of time to get responses between stages, but overall, communication was respectful and things were handled in an organized way.

During the interview, they asked me about my previous experience in customer service and sales, how I handle difficult customer situations, and what digital tools I had used in previous jobs. There were also some more personal questions about my interests and availability.
