Went for an interview and waited near to 90 minutes. Finally called. Call letter says it face to face discussion. But in Hyderabad they are conducted written test irrespective of their years of experience ( I have 6+ years). Conducting written test is may not be wrong. But bluffing the candidate is wrong. It denotes low grade ability and plans by HRs. Please do not do wrong commitments. Remember it's Mphasis. Don't play cheap tricks and wast candidate time. 48 multiple choice question and 40 is cuttoff.
