Met with the head baker of that particular store as a pre-interview. Then, met with the owner for a 2nd interview. After that they hired me. The interview took place at the counter where the customers order and pay.

Send my resume by online and then the owner called me for interview. In the interview, it just like a chit chat with friends, which is so nice. After interview, the owner ask me to do a trial for 30 minutes.
