When I reached the mSwipe office they seemed unprepared for conducting the interview and I was left by myself for almost an hour before someone was summoned to take my interview. They did not even have the correct person who was supposed to interview me available. They somehow managed to summon an alternative albeit junior person who took a very, very basic interview which did not cover any technical questions. The interview barely lasted 15-20 minutes and seemed nominal and superficial. There was a rushed manner in which everything took place, as if they had already made up their mind even before the interview took place. The client did not do justice to the time, cost and efforts I took to make it for the interview. After the interview, mSwipe failed to get in touch with me for feedback and I had to take initiatives to get a feedback. I was highly disappointed to see such unprofessional approach from a mSwipe, a company which claims to have pan India outreach in finance domain.
