Never experienced such an elaborate recruitment process.. The first day was more of a briefing and an ice breaking session followed by dinner. The following day started at 8 am and went on till 5 pm. There were rounds like Aptitude test, video case synthesis, pseudo code writing, Group case study, Creative Story Building, peer feedback and Interview.

2 rounds- 1st round is the case study, where they sent a case by email and ask you to solve it in 3 days. 2nd round- is 1 day interview session (running through 4 sessions) at their bangalore office.
2nd round at bangalore office is kind of unique: go through a video synthesis test(usually a movie/documentary clip for 10-15 min), write an algorithm, 1 creativity round (any thing can come up!), 1 group case study (divided into groups of 3 and
there is 1 observer in the room) and finally 2 interview rounds. Everyone across room
( irrespective of applied position) goes through this. Interview was on the case study submitted, behavioral and why mu sigma. second interview was with a leadership person and on behavioral
questions- how you will act in certain scenario, etc.
In the end, they give you a score sheet on how you performed across sessions and your total score, and if you are selected or not. Very different experience vs interviews from other companies.

It was a great interview process. It was engaging and rounds were really interesting. They have multiple rounds to check everything. Overall their interview process looks quite robust and thorough. I think other companies should also follow similar proces
