The interview went well. It was very conversational. Looks at your resume and asks specific questions and other professional networks like LinkedIn. Know what you are talking about because Joe and Susan will know immediately if you are bluffing. Prepare for longer winded questions and prose. I would also suggest looking up extra marketing terminology just incase they throw a word at you that you do not know.
