After the online assessment which was a game-based exercise, was invited to offices for the assessment day. The main components were an individual interview with 2 members of staff, a case study where you are asked to review an ongoing project and answer a series of questions you will be asked based on changes happening or general problem solving to cater to clients requests. Group activity involved reviewing 4 project summary sheets (proposals) and discussing amongst ourselves which project best suits Multiplex’s capabilities and would be more favourable for them and ranking them based on our discussion and SWOT analysis.
