Entretien
Process consists of different group of interviews:
1. HR Agency call - 30 mins. They will check your CV and assess if the specific position is the one most aligned with you, or if they send you to another position.
2. Internal HR Interview - about 2 weeks after. Discussion about your profile and mostly soft skills.
3. Technical interview with the "destination" department - 30 mins - most technical questions and asking you to solve some simulated cases/scenarios.
4. Offer - 3 days after the technical interview. Just 72 hours to accept or reject (right deadline compared to them taking over a month).

Una entrevista muy inspiradora y funcional. El chico que entrevista es muy agradable y profesional. Se nota que es una gran empresa y que buscan nivel. Es interesante hacer entrevistas con estas empresas para aprender como es su funcionamiento de seleccion

At first very positive, Multiverse reached out to me, having read my profile on LinkedIn, a pre-screen interview/talk and then AI interview, 40min, with the right prep "this is ok' ,
After the screening, I got an invitation to a personal/real-life interview with the senior recruiter. This went well, positive, clear steps, with the statement.
as Multiverse was/is very eager to fulfil this position asap. - " if the VP of sales has seen your AI interview, he will request a sales track overview, which will mean you will have an interview' this request came, submitted this overview with all its details.
Then it went silent... no response... ghosting, ..no interview... after 3 weeks an automated response ' sorry you are not selected' ??
a bit weird to say the least. ( and no word on the data or the AI recording)
