The interview process was very chaotic. I was initially contacted by a third-party recruiter who was very helpful. After the phone screening, however, I was moved to the HR department where communication became a big problem. After the second phone screening with HR, I was told I would have a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. When the day came it turned out the HR person had not scheduled that meeting and was out of the office. After a lot of back and forth with the initial recruiter, I was finally interviewed by the hiring manager. The interview went very well and I was told someone would be in contact with me within the next few days. No one ever contacted me again and after sending two follow-up emails with no response I just stopped trying.
