Entretien
I was contacted by a Recruiter for a first chat, I sent my resume and had a 30 minute zoom call a few days later with the IT Director of MyHammer, at the end of the call he told me that he had a good impression and wanted to go further in the process.
A few hour later I received a Symfony 3.4 project which purposely design flaws and bugs. I had one week to fix and refactor it. 6 days after my submission I had a positive feedback and got scheduled for the final interview.
The final interview was 30 minutes with the IT Director and HR, and 150 minutes with two people from the tech team. It was split between technical questions, reviewing the refactoring process and adding some feature to the project and also I had time to make questions at the end.
At the end the company decided not to moving forward and they hired another candidate which already lived in Berlin.
They gave me positive feedback about the tech interview but they wanted a better level of English
Also, I guess that *not* living in Berlin yet didn't help me

Entretien
I was lucky to get the response very quickly after applying. The interview went really well. The interviewer was a very professional and awesome person. I cleared the interview and then there was a coding challenge. There was a week to complete the coding challenge and I finished it in a few days. I was unable to make it up to the next round. But two things really good in this company were:
1. They responded very quickly about the coding challenge result.
2. They reviewed and clearly told me the problems with the code.
Even though I didn't get the job but this interview had a permanent effect on my career. It gave me a clear path about what to learn next.
I am writing this review late, 2 years after my interview because I joined glassdoor recently. I will highly recommend this company. And I would love to work in this company and will definitely apply again.
