Once application was submitted I was contacted by HR. This process was more of a screening interview to ensure I understood the position and expectations. From that point I was contacted by the manager of the department. I was interviewed by several of the staff along with the department manager. Straight forward questions. Most questions were framed in a way to attempt to get to know me as a person, more than my clinical skills.
