Was due to have a phone screening in interview for service. Was waiting on call Was due at say 1. Phone rang at 1.05 and rang 3 times. Missed call as by time I got up and excused myself from room. I then straight away tried to call back 4 times but interviewer answered but did not respond just hung up straight away. I emailed to say I was having connection issues trying to prompt answers in why she would not be answering my calls and I even left a VM. Then by 1:10 i got email.She told me she had to move on with all calls and she would get back to me but its unlikely. Very unprofessional and I get a lot of people may have applied for job but not to give everyone a fair opportunity or even any accommodation within the 10mins or only letting the phone ring 3 times and not allowing a call back if missed by 1 second. Very disappointing interview
