A phone interview reviewing my background and details of contract work. Then in-person at the office with entire team. I submitted 6 references before they submitted me for actual position. Then a phone interview was held with the company the position would be with. The whole process took a couple weeks but was worth it in the end since I received my asking rate & benefits to work closer to home.

After lots of questions going between email about my rate, background, etc. they spoke with me on the phone about actual position I applied for. They required 6 references before submitting me for contract position. Then I went to job site for in-person interview with their client. They required a call to check-in and explain details of how interview went afterwards. When I received job offer, they asked me visit the Edmonds office for onboarding paperwork. Their team was very involved throughout the entire process and we keep in touch every month as well.
