      Entretien

Very missleading. There was a 3 step interview process and when I asked about salary after telling them I had previously been schemed I was told it pays well. I was interviewed by one of the CEOs for 5 minutes and then asked to come in for a full day follow up interview where I was told I would accompany am existing high level employee to shadoe them at what they called "a charity event" To my surprise the follow up interview was conducted by an employee who barely spoke English, had only been with the company 2 months and was only at level 2 out of fove in terms of hierarchy positions at the company. The event involved soliciting at a loblaws amd transportation was not cobered for even the employee to the venue which we had to walk half way to in the cold without proper directions. I had been lead to belive the events were tradeshows and conferences based on the website images and company descriptions on it. I was also told the reason for the full day was to evaluate my performance and if i could handle the work load. However the tasks I was given has nothing to do with actually prpmoting the charity and involved me sitting and writting paragraphs about how to over come 2 of my personal weaknesses. When I asked about salary having told the company I wanted at least 30-40K having a Bachelor Degree and a Masters I was presented with a salary of 210 (less than legal wage) dollars a week that was dependent on the company recieving outside funding and if I wanted to make a decent living depended on me making commision despite having to pass potential customers on to my supervisor becuase I would not be briefed on the whole purpose of the charity until promoted.
