The conversation was professional yet welcoming, and the managers showed genuine interest in leadership style, retail strategy, and customer experience. Overall, it felt like a dynamic environment focused on creativity and strong teamwork.

A three step Interview process, and initial interview/get to know. Then asked to do SWAT analysis, presents the analysis. Then the last stage was a trade test which test tested make up skill and how you would speak to a customer.
