Phone and face to face interviews were conducted over a three week period involving the hiring manager, his supervisor and the head of HR. Follow up projects were prepared and presented. When the final offer was made, references were checked and the position was offered. A smooth and seamless interview process.
There was a 15 minute phone interview followed by a longer phone interview. The first time the interviewer no showed and I had to email to see why. It said out of office,

Why are you interested in working for this company?
Good communication throughout the whole process and I met with some really good people. Took a long time to get anywhere, I think there were 4 interviews. Unfortunately no offer but I would apply again.
