I first had a telephone interview which, was warm and welcoming. I was given an idea of the values that N family hold. I think the most helpful part was the feedback, given at the end. The whole call felt down to earth but professional instead of stiff or pretentious. I was then told to be prepared to speak on a particular topic for the face-to-face interview. The friendly but professional vibe of both the call and face-to-face was really nice and gave me a good idea of the type of people and environment I would be working in. The offer to wear something comfortable was great and gave the impression of the organisation allowing space for me to be myself without judgement. I loved the second interview, it was thorough but relaxed. I was given time to form questions and opportunities to ask them as the interview progressed instead of having to remember them all at the end. I was given a clear a detailed idea of what to expect from the business and what would be expected of me. The person interviewing me, put me at ease and made it very easy for me be upfront, open and honest. I was greeted at the entrance and personally escorted in, offered drinks (allowed to serve myself as though I was home) and given warm smiles. The security of the premises was impressive in a positive way. The building felt secure without feeling like a prison. I was able to hear about progression opportunities whilst also having realistic time frames and outcomes laid out to manage my expectations. The personal experience and character of the interviewer were shared and I was able to do the same. This clearly matters to N family and came across well. The structure of the company is similar to other high quality places that I have worked at and so I knew that this was likely to be a good fit for me. I liked that I was given scenarios and asked how I would address each of them. I was given feedback and even in some cases, better examples of how to address them. This was one of the best interviews, I've had and that was because I walked away feeling like I knew exactly what I'd be signing up for if I joined this work environment. It felt, honest, professional and different.

The process was friendly and welcoming from the start. Asked lots of questions, including scenario based questions. Gave you time to think and answer. Very thorough but not too overwhelming in my opinion.
