Frustrating, took a long time. Feedback wasn’t relevant to the interview itself. I was told the hiring manager didn’t think I was right for the role (the hiring manager got tied up and couldn’t make the interview)

Phone call, then meeting at premises with manager and HR, then meeting off-site with manager and manager's manager. Standard questions about experience, qualifications, markets; more of a chance to check there was rapport and a cultural fit.
