Submitted resume, cover letter; contacted about scheduling an interview round 1 with the deputy director and a program staff member, then submitted writing samples, then a second round interview with the director and team.

Do you have experience in event planning, why do you want to work in international development, why do you want to work in energy
The interview was about 40 minutes and was fairly straightforward. It was with the director and a current program officer. Following the interview I was asked to submit a writing sample and 3 professional references. The following day I was invited for a second interview.
