Was contacted by an outside recruiter. Very nice man who actually took some time to explain the job, set up the interview and make all needed follow up calls. All appropriate security paperwork was submitted in time so getting a visitor badge was no problem. Was met by a manager and had an interview with him and two other engineers at the same time. Was asked to briefly explain my past experience. Few simple time management and organization related questions. All in all took about 30 minutes. It appeared right away that my experience was very well received as I was shown the work area and was introduced to couple of future co-workers. I received an offer few days later.
