J'ai passé un entretien chez NASA (Merritt Island, FL)
Entretien
After successfully completing the online USA Hire Assessments and scoring high enough to be considered a "Best Qualified" candidate, your application is forwarded to managers at the NASA centers you selected. If chosen, you will have an interview (typically in a panel format with a matrix supervisor and other managers or engineers). Most interviews are setup virtually on Teams. The interview lasts approximately 45 minutes with the opportunity for you to ask questions. I was asked a mixture of technical (Resume based) and behavioral questions - this experience will depend on what organization you were chosen to interview for. Generally, the more lab based organizations will ask for more technical questions than the non-based ones. They want to get to know you as well as your skills. Do your best to tell a story when answering the "Why NASA" question. As for the technical questions, make sure to know your fundamentals and how they may apply to the organization you are interviewing for.

I was asked mostly behavioral questions with a follow-up on which project I was most proud of as a STEM major. There were five interviewers total and they took turns introducing themselves and explaining the timeline as well as the program.

The interview process was fairly simple. Phone interview began with talking about experiences and learning about what the department I was applying to does. Then there were some technical questions but nothing crazy complex.

Easy process. After meeting with pathways office, a hiring manager called for phone interview. After that they brought me in person to meet in a very informal setting. Overall the process was great
