in-person conversation, was referred by a friend and the writer of the show interviewed me. he was very pleasant and friendly and we talked about our favourite movies and how we are both painters, etc. was essentially a personality test and he asked me about my skill level for specific things and programs etc and asked me to tell me about my past work
