Applied online, a few days later I got a invite for a video interview, completed it the next day. Now I am waiting to hear back if I get to move to the next stage of the process or not.

Made it to the final round consisting of 2 30minute in person interviews (1 10minute phone call, 2 zoom 30 min interviews). Waited over 2 months to hear back if I got the job or not. Ended up getting denied. Asked for feedback. Waited another month. Got told "The team is simply looking for someone with more years of experience supporting executives." Poor communication and transparency during the process. And a waste of time to deny me for something that can be seen on my resume.
