Applied on LinkedIn and the Recruiter reached out within a day. Had a brief phone interview that day and an in person interview was set up after that call. Had two in person interviews. One interview was with the hiring manager and the second one was with the VP of the department. It was the easiest and most casual interview I’ve ever had. I also had a phone interview with HR on my second interview that day.
Two things they did not do correctly during the interview process— 1. They asked me about my current salary which they are not allowed to do. 2. HR informed me they’d reach out whether I would be the selected candidate or not within 3 days and I never heard back. My interviews were extremely misleading because when I asked if there were any concerns about my background being a good fit for the position everyone said no. Yet I assumed I wasn’t the selected candidate for the position since I never heard back.

The interview process was very structured and in a timely manner. Very organized process and definitely had a great experience. The hiring manager and HR were very helpful during the process and set proper expectations.
