So many rounds of technical interview and finally I get told that the team feels my knowledge is bookish. It shows how incompetent the employees in the company are. It took them 6 rounds to figure out that someone lacks the kind of expertise they are looking for. Although, all across they mentioned that the feedback looks really good. Honestly the interviewers were dumb as hell.

The interview process consists of four main stages: it begins with an initial HR screen interview, followed by a detailed 45-minute technical and product-focused discussion with a Product Manager. Afterward, candidates undergo separate 30-minute conversations with key stakeholders before concluding the loop with a comprehensive, in-person interview with those same stakeholders.
