3 phases where they test your English, working with a team and then you talk to the team lead. Pretty easy-going experience! As long as you know English, the other two rounds are just talking about your experience so far with people and how would you handle certain situations.

Minimal Tech skills, such as definition of router, modem etc. Hardware troubleshooting, such as fixing a device that cannot turn on and similar.
Comparable to fixing your grandma's TV.
Interviewers were very pleasant and informative.
